6. Freelancer Responsibilities

•    Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Payments and Fees
Payments made through RemotioX are subject to applicable service fees and payment processing requirements.
Clients agree to pay all approved project fees, while freelancers acknowledge that platform fees, taxes, and applicable deductions may apply before funds are released.
All payment terms, refund policies, and withdrawal procedures are governed by the applicable platform policies.

8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
•    Engage in fraud or deceptive practices.
•    Post false or misleading information.
•    Violate intellectual property rights.
•    Upload malicious software or harmful code.
•    Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
•    Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
•    Circumvent platform fees or security measures.
•    Use RemotioX for illegal or unauthorized activities.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.

9. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the content they create unless ownership is transferred under a project agreement.
